The most deadly aspect of cancer is its ability to metastasize to another location from where it starts. The tumor cells adhesion to the micro-vessel wall in microcirculation is a critical step in cancer metastasis. Previous studies have indicated that the tumor cells prefer to aggregate near the bent of curved and bifurcated micro-vessels, and the complex forces at the micro-vascular curvatures and branches appear to render these sites prone to metastasis of tumor cells. 严微微,女,博士,现任中国计量学院计量测试工程学院副教授,硕士生导师。2007年于浙江师范大学物理系获得硕士学位。2011年于香港理工大学机械工程系获得博士学位。2012年于香港理工大学机械工程系
