报告人简介：Josef Dorfmeister，德国慕尼黑工业大学教授，其主要成果包括：在Acta Math发表的关于齐性凯勒流形的分类的工作；在CAG上发表的关于CMC曲面的Weierstrass表示工作，这一工作被命名为DPW方法；在Comm. Algebra发表的关于等参超曲面的分类工作等。
报告摘要：In this talk, we will first introduce the basic theory of constant mean curvature surfaces in R^3. Then we will show how a loop group method can be applied to the study of CMC surfaces.
