报告摘要：In analogy to the corresponding measures of pseudorandomness for quaternary sequences introduced by Mauduit and S\'ark\ozy (for $m$-ary sequences) we introduce the well-distribution measure and correlation measure of order $k$ for sequences over $\F_4$. Using any fixed bijection from $\F_4$ to the set of complex fourth roots of unity, we analyze the relation of these pseudorandomness measures for sequences over $\F_4$ and for the corresponding quaternary sequences. More precisely, we show that they differ only by a multiplicative constant (depending only on $k$). We also apply the results for deriving new quaternary pseudorandom sequences from pseudorandom sequences over $\F_4$ and vice versa.
报告人简介：苏明, 目前任南开大学计算机学院、网络空间安全学院副研究员，硕士生导师。1995入南开大学数学试点班学习基础数学，1999在南开大学数学学院信息科学专业直博，主要研究方向主要是序列复杂度和相关算法，信息论，以及数字版权管理。期间于2002.3-9在微软亚洲研究院网络多媒体组，2003.12-2004.8在IBM中国研究中心数字媒体组以访问学生的身份从事数字版权管理方案的研究工作。2004.12获理学博士学位。2005-2007在信息学院网络信息实验室做博士后研究。2009-2018数次在奥地利国家科学学院进行短期学术合作研究。2015-2016得到国家青年骨干教师留学基金支持访问加拿大滑铁卢大学电子工程系，以及卡尔顿大学数学与统计系。主持了国家自然科学基金青年基金，教育部博士点基金，天津市科技重点，以及信工所合作课题。2007 留在南开大学计算机系任教至今。担任国际期刊IEEE Transactions on Information Theory, Designs, Codes and Cryptography等知名国际期刊、会议评阅人。
