专家简介：程民权，博士，广西师范大学计算机科学与信息工程学院教授，博士生导师。2013年入选首批广西高校引进海外高层次人才“百人计划”。2016年获得广西杰出青年基金。主要研究领域为信息通信中的编码密码、多媒体版权保护等问题。 目前已发表SCI学术论文20篇，其中《IEEE Transactions on Information Theory》收录4篇，《Designs, Codes and Cryptography》收录5篇，《IEEE Transactions on Communications》收录1篇，《IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology》收录1篇；共主持5个基金项目，其中广西自然科学基金3项，国家自然科学基金、教育部留学回国人员科研启动基金。
报告摘要：Coded caching scheme has recently become quite popular in the wireless network due to the efficiency of reducing the load during peak traffic.Recently the most concern in the coded caching scheme is the problem of subpacketization level especially in practice. In this talk, we focus on the efficient constructions of coded caching schemes with good rate, lower subpacketization level and flexible number of users. For this purpose, the following main results are obtained.We firstly characterize a general coded caching scheme using linear algorithms, which generalizes the previous main construction.
