The 4th International Workshop on Security & Optimization for Wireless Networks (SOWN 2015) covers comprehensively the common issues about security and optimization in the hot area of wireless networks, which does hinder further development of its applications. In particular, this workshop concentrates on security problems like key management, privacy, cryptographic protocol and optimization problems like energy-efficient protocol, topology control strategy, QoS, etc.
The objective of this workshop is to present state of the art research results in the rapidly growing area of wireless networks, with emphasizes on security and optimization issues. Following the success of SOWN-11 (held in

All Papers should be submitted electronically in PDF format only by sending it as an e-mail attachment to Dr. Hui Lin at linhui@fjnu.edu.cn and CC to j.gao@soton.ac.uk. The materials presented in the papers should not be published or under submission elsewhere. Each paper is limited to 6 pages (or 8 pages with over length charge) including figures and references using IEEE CS Proceedings Manuscripts style (two columns, single-spaced, 10 fonts). You can confirm the IEEE CS Proceedings Author Guidelines at the following web page: . Accepted papers will be included in the CIT2015 main proceedings (indexed by EI). At least one author of each accepted paper must be registered for the conference in order for that paper to appear in the proceedings and to be scheduled for presentation.
