报告摘要:In this paper, westudy the large time behaviour stability of solitary waves for the uniformly damped Korteweg-de Vries equation. The KdV equation is the Hamiltonian part and it has a two-dimensional family of relative equilibria. These relative equilibria are soliton-like waves. Solutions of the dissipative system, starting nearing soliton-like wave, are approximated with a long curve on the family of soliton-like waves. The difference in shape between a solution and a quasi-static soliton-like wave approximation is of the order of the damping and it is also expressed in terms of weighted norms, with exponential weights of the form e^{ay} where a>0.
